Guides
Complete documentation and step-by-step guides to get you started with Vicinity. Follow these instructions carefully for the best results.
Before You Buy
Before purchasing a license, ensure you have all the required hardware and that your system is compatible. This will save you time and prevent issues during setup.
Required hardware
- USB drive: A FAT32 formatted USB drive with at least 16GB free space (for Windows 10/11 installation)
- RAID support: Your PC must support RAID configuration
- Motherboard compatibility: Check compatibility before purchasing
Motherboard compatibility
Fully supported:
- Gigabyte (all models)
- MSI (all models)
Partially supported:
- AMD-based boards (older than B550)
Not supported:
- ASUS (all models)
- AMD boards newer than B550
Important: If you're unsure about compatibility, contact support before purchasing to avoid issues.
Important notes
RAID requirement: We do not spoof disks. If you cannot enable RAID on your system, you will need to purchase new disks to proceed. RAID is essential for proper spoofing functionality.
Getting Started
Follow these steps in order to set up Vicinity on your system. Each step is important and should be completed before moving to the next.
Step 1: Prepare your USB drive
Install Windows 10/11 to your USB drive first. This is required before proceeding with the spoofing process.
Windows 10 users:
- Download and use this unattend file to automate the installation process.
AMD users:
- You may need to download RAID drivers for your specific motherboard model before installation.
- Check your motherboard manufacturer's website for the latest RAID drivers.
Step 2: Configure BIOS settings
Before installing Windows, configure your BIOS with these settings:
- Update BIOS: Update your BIOS to the latest version available from your motherboard manufacturer
- Disable Secure Boot: This must be disabled for Vicinity to work properly
- Disable TPM: Trusted Platform Module must be disabled
These settings are critical — skipping any of them may cause the spoofing process to fail.
Step 3: Enable RAID
RAID must be enabled before Windows installation. This is a hardware-level requirement.
- Look up how to enable RAID on your specific motherboard model
- Follow your motherboard manufacturer's instructions carefully
- Each manufacturer has different steps (Gigabyte, MSI, etc.)
Tip: Search for "
[Your Motherboard Model] enable RAID" for specific instructions.
Step 4: AMD CPU settings (if applicable)
If you're using an AMD CPU, configure these additional BIOS settings:
- Disable Virtualization: Found in CPU settings
- Disable IOMMU: Navigate to AMD CBS → NBIO Common Options → NB Configuration → IOMMU
- Disable NX-Bit: Only if present in your BIOS (under CPU Settings → Secure Virtual Machine)
These settings prevent conflicts with the spoofing process.
Step 5: Install Windows with RAID
Once RAID is enabled and BIOS is configured:
- Follow this RAID & Windows installation guide to install Windows with RAID enabled
- Complete the Windows installation fully before proceeding to spoofing
- Do not install any additional software or drivers yet
Step 6: Download and run Vicinity
- Get your license: Use the download link sent to your email after purchase (or check your order confirmation email)
- Extract files: Extract the downloaded ZIP file to a folder
- Run as Administrator: Right-click the executable and select "Run as Administrator" — this is required
- Log in: Enter your license key when prompted
- Start spoofing: Click the Spoof button, confirm the action, and wait for the process to complete
Note: Your input may freeze while spoofing is in progress. This is normal — do not interrupt the process.
Critical warnings
Do not install anything before spoofing
- Do not install games, drivers, or any other software before running the spoof
- Installing software before spoofing will cause the spoof to fail
- Complete the spoofing process first, then install your applications
Do not interrupt the spoofing process
- The process can take several minutes
- Do not close the application or restart your computer
- Wait for the "Spoofing complete" message before proceeding
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions and answers about Vicinity licenses, compatibility, and support.
How do I receive my license?
Licenses are delivered instantly and automatically after payment is complete. You'll receive an email with your license key and download link immediately after purchase.
To buy a license, visit our shop. We currently accept cryptocurrency (LTC) for all direct purchases.
Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
We only process payments directly via cryptocurrency. However, select authorized resellers may offer card payment options.
If you're interested in reseller options or need help with cryptocurrency payment, contact our support team.
Are all motherboards compatible?
No — not all motherboards are supported. Some models are incompatible due to write protection or hardware limitations.
Compatibility summary:
- Gigabyte: Fully supported (all models)
- MSI: Fully supported (all models)
- AMD-based: Partially supported (older than B550 only)
- ASUS: Not supported (all models)
- Other brands: Compatibility varies — check with support
Before purchasing: If you're unsure whether your motherboard is compatible, reach out to our support team or an official reseller. We can verify compatibility before you buy.
What if I can't enable RAID?
RAID is required for Vicinity to function properly. If RAID is not possible on your system, we cannot guarantee full post-spoof protection and you'll have an increased risk of serial bans. You may need to purchase new disks that support RAID.
What if the spoofing didn't work? Can I get a refund?
Absolutely! We offer a 100% refund guarantee if the spoof does not work.
Simply contact our support team with your order details, and we'll process your refund promptly. No questions asked.
Is support included with my purchase?
Direct purchases: Support is included with every direct purchase (not via resellers).
Lifetime licenses: Support is available for the first 30 days after purchase.
Reseller purchases: Support is provided by your reseller, not directly by us.
How long does spoofing take?
The spoofing process typically takes 5-15 minutes, depending on your system. During this time:
- Your input may freeze (this is normal)
- Do not close the application
- Do not restart your computer
- Wait for the completion message
Can I use Vicinity on multiple PCs?
Each license is tied to a single PC. If you need to use Vicinity on multiple systems, you'll need a separate license for each.
What anticheats does Vicinity bypass?
Vicinity supports bypassing:
- Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC)
- BattlEye
- Vanguard
- Ricochet
- FACEIT
- ACE
- Javelin
Check our status page for current bypass status.

Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions when setting up or using Vicinity.
Spoofing failed or didn't complete
Possible causes and solutions:
-
BIOS settings not configured correctly
- Verify Secure Boot is disabled
- Verify TPM is disabled
- Check that all AMD-specific settings are disabled (if applicable)
-
RAID not enabled
- RAID must be enabled before Windows installation
- You cannot enable RAID after Windows is installed
- You'll need to reinstall Windows with RAID enabled
-
Software installed before spoofing
- If you installed any software before running the spoof, it will fail
- You must reinstall Windows and run the spoof before installing anything else
-
Running without Administrator privileges
- Right-click the executable and select "Run as Administrator"
- Standard user privileges will cause the spoof to fail
Can't enable RAID
Verify your motherboard supports RAID by checking manufacturer specifications. Some motherboards require specific BIOS versions for RAID support, so update your BIOS to the latest version.
If RAID is not possible on your system, you'll need to purchase new disks that support RAID. We cannot guarantee protection without RAID.
License not working
Common issues:
- Make sure you're using the exact license key from your email
- Check for typos or extra spaces
- Verify your license hasn't expired (for monthly licenses)
Still having issues?
- Contact support with your order details
- We'll verify your license and help resolve the issue
Windows installation issues
USB drive problems:
- Ensure your USB drive is formatted as FAT32
- Use a USB 3.0 drive for faster installation
- Try a different USB port if installation fails
RAID driver issues (AMD users):
- Download RAID drivers before Windows installation
- Have drivers ready on a separate USB drive
- Load drivers during Windows installation when prompted
